Consecutive Commodities Limited selects Brickwork Ratings to monitor proceeds from its Rights Issue As on : 05-Aug-26  17:53

Consecutive Commodities Limited, formerly known as Consecutive Investments & Trading Company Limited, has appointed Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited, a SEBI-registered Credit Rating Agency, as the Monitoring Agency to oversee the utilization of proceeds from the company's Rights Issue, as mandated by Regulation 41 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
